My Early Work
My passion for graphic design began when I took my intro to photoshop class during college. I had finally found a way to express my creative thinking in a way where I could put my ideas together and create works of art.
Album Art Mock-ups
One of my favorite projects to do for my photoshop class was to make album art and base the design off the given name of the fake artist and fake name of the album. With this assignment, it taught me a great deal of the importance of balance between typography and imagery.
A Banana Horror Story
Another favorite of mine was the first design I had ever made. For this assignment, we were given a list of objects and we had to come up with a story only using the object and the name of the object of our choosing. That is where I came up with "A Banana Horror Story" by using horror elements that you would typically see in movies like IT, Scream, and The Ring and putting each scene in an order that creates a narrative for a monster that becomes gradually terrifying.
